
World Police & Fire Games: One-Year Out Celebration
In my role as Director of Marketing & Communications, I led the planning & execution of a One-Year-Out Celebration for the 2025 World Police & Fire Games, at CityWalk BHAM. This event served as a successful dry run of the venue, bringing together local fire, police, & sheriff departments for a day of sports demos, family-friendly activities, & community engagement. I coordinated extensive media coverage, securing two news appearances prior to the event, five live news segments during the celebration, & a live radio broadcast to increase visibility. The event was a resounding success, building momentum for the 2025 Games.
